I fell in love with the cover but stayed for the story.
Greg is no ordinary 8th grader. He’s unlucky. Cursed, actually. When Greg sneaks a sip of a strange tea his fantastical father brought home from another country, it awakens something in him. He discovers, not without some bumps and bruises, that he is a dwarf! When Greg discovers the truth, his dad is not so gently carried away by some very angry trolls and Greg knows that he is the only one that can save his dad. And possibly the whole world!
The Legend of Greg is 339 pages long and took me 3 days to read.
This book is so much fun and I had a blast following Greg and his friends along. I’m giving this book a 3.5 out of 5. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this book to kids because it isn’t too scary and is super fun and has lots of puns (which I adore)! Plus, you can follow Greg on more adventures because it will be a series!
Thank you Penguin for sending me this advance copy!
Here’s to the adventure of finding a novel novel!
