Mariana is convinced that Professor Fosca murdered his student. Mariana will do whatever she can to protect her niece Zoe from this monster and knows she can come up with a case against the man she herself finds quite endearing, but at what cost?
The Maidens is 359 pages long and took me two days to read.
I really enjoyed this book and am giving it a 4 out of 5. At one point while I reading I looked up at my husband and said “I know the ending” and the next page was blown out of the water. I am looking forward to reading the next hit from Michaelides!
