When Maureen gets a letter at the perfect time stating she has inherited an estate in Florida, she drops what is left of her life in Boston, packs up her things and her very friendly dog Finn and moves to the Gulf of Mexico. Not only is Maureen unfamiliar with the woman who willed her a possibly haunted inn, she’s also in for a surprise when a guest is murdered the day Maureen arrives. Seemingly a suspect, Maureen does what anyone would do… she’s off to solve a murder and make some ghostly friends along the way!
Be My Ghost is 274 pages long and took me six days to read.
I loved this book. It’s so pleasant and the descriptions of food and scenery made me want to keep reading even after the story was over. I’m giving it a 4 out of 5! I cannot wait for the next book and to hang out with Maureen and Finn a little longer!
Thank you, Kensington Mystery, for sending me this copy!
