Ever since I read Sarah Pinborough’s, Behind Her Eyes, I became a fan.
Lisa is doing her best to raise her daughter Ava on her own but it is no easy feat. She tries her best to keep Ava on the right track and on a tight leash. When Ava makes the newspaper for her heroic action, Lisa’s past comes shooting forward and rocks her entire world.
Cross Her Heart is 340 pages long and took me 3 days to read.
I loved this book and am giving it a 4 out of 5! Sarah’s characters are so rich and intriguing! I look forward to reading all of her books and would highly recommend this one!
