Kate Marshall, the former police detective who caught the infamous Nine Elms serial killer, is stunned by the similarities of a recent murder and the case that shot her into the spotlight and out of the police force. She knows the recent murders weren’t committed by the same killer because he is currently in a psych hospital with no future of getting out. What does make her weary is the incredible detail this copy cat has gone to pay homage to his predecessor. Although she is no longer on the police force, Kate has to solve this case; not just for her peace of mind but for the safety of her family and friends.
Nine Elms is 426 pages long and took me 6 days to read.
I thoroughly enjoyed this book and am giving it a 4 out of 5! Although there are some pretty gruesome details it all plays into the troubling atmosphere of this book. I highly recommend to my friends that enjoy thrillers!
Thank you, Thomas & Mercer, for sending me this copy!
